The Great Angel Rescue!

       “C-Chrysanthemum?! Chrysanthemum, are you alright?!” Vivian scrambled over to Chrysanthemum, who was still shaking and crying. The nerdy-girl had never seen her punk-friend like this before.

       “B-Bunny…Genesius…I’m sorry…I wasn’t strong enough…” Chrysanthemum sobbed bitterly.

       “Chrysanthemum…” Vivian mumbled quietly as she placed a hand on her shoulder.

       “She took him…He was taken because he tried to save me…” Chrysanthemum sniffled.

       “I’m sure that once we cure all of the other contestants, we’ll…” Vivian began only to be cut off by Chrysanthemum suddenly standing up from the floor with a look of determination.

       “No! Screw those other contestants! Because of them, Bunny’s prob’ly all the way in sling-crap Asia and Genesius has been taken from me! I’m gonna take that witch on, myself!” Chrysanthemum angrily stormed out of the infirmary.

       “Chrysanthemum, wait! You remember what Genesius said?! We can’t do this alone!” Vivian called out, after her.

       “B-But…” Chrysanthemum whimpered as more tears fell. She was afraid that she would not be able to retrieve Bunny without Genesius there to assist her.

       “You can’t do this alone! Being separated is what got us into this mess in the first place! We need to find Bunny first then we’ll all take Haldana head-on and save Genesius together! What are friends for after all?” Vivian offered her hand out to Chrysanthemum, who accepted it with a warm smile.

       “Let’s go find Fluffy!” Chrysanthemum grinned as the two friends began to run in the direction that Bunny had been launched in. Meanwhile, Bunny limped across the beach and over to the woods in an attempt to get back to her friends.

       “I have to find my friends…I have to find my friends…Charlie bit my finger…I have to find my friends…” The animalistic-girl panted but she then ducked behind a large rock for cover when she noticed a thick fog passing through.

       “Haldana…” Bunny whispered as she peaked out from behind the rock.

       “Genesius!” She then gasped when she could faintly see her friend’s guardian angel trapped within a cube that was floating behind the massive cloud of fog. With a look of determination, Bunny quickly summoned her mallet and leapt to attack the cube, striking it with everything she had in her in a vain attempt to break it so Genesius would be freed.

       “Bunny!” Genesius grinned at the sight of one of his love-interest’s best friends.

       “What are you doing?! Foolish girl!” Haldana hissed as Alistair turned to glare at Bunny with a dog-like snarl.

       “Do you really think things are just gonna go your way?!” He hissed as his hair flared up.

       “Stop her! Attack her, my pretty!” Haldana ordered as Bunny struck the cube even harder.

       “Bunny, listen to me! You won’t be able to get me out of here or stop Haldana alone! Take off your tiara and yell, ‘rainbow, tiara, magic’ then throw it at her! It won’t stop them or free me but it’ll stall her long enough for you to get me back, to your friends!” Genesius instructed. Bunny nodded with a look of determination before removing her tiara, spinning around dramatically and striking a pose.

       “Rainbow, tiara, MAGIC!” She shouted as the tiara began to glow. She then threw the glowing-tiara into the fog, frisbee-style and it exploded. Haldana shrieked in pain as her form temporarily scattered, causing her to drop the cube that Genesius was trapped in onto the ground. The impact of the blast also blew Alistair against a rock, knocking him unconscious.

       “Go! Go! Go!” Genesius shouted as Bunny lifted his cube into her arms with minor difficulty and ran into the woods, carrying him. Meanwhile, Chrysanthemum and Vivian were still sprinting through the woods as they made their way to the beach to search for Bunny.

       “Bunny?! Oh, Bunny?!” Vivian called out in a desperate attempt to end the search faster.

       “Hey, Fluffy?!” Chrysanthemum called out when she was hit in the face by Genesius’ cube, hard enough to cause her to fall to the ground.

       “Oh, my aching…Genesius?!” Chrysanthemum forgot all about the pain in her right-eye at the sight of her guardian angel and crush.

       “Sorry! It’s hard to see past this cube!” Bunny apologized as she poked her head out from behind the cube.

       “Bunny?!” Vivian grinned, equally as happy to see that Bunny was okay.

       “Bunny! Ya crazy-gal! I’d tell ya I love ya but I ain’t that kinda gal!” Chrysanthemum grinned as she pulled Bunny and Genesius into a tight hug.

       “Let’s agree to never leave each other again!” Bunny insisted.

       "Ditto!" Chrysanthemum happily agreed.

       “Duly noted…Now to get Genesius out of that cube! This is peculiar…” Vivian inspected the cube closely with a magnifying-glass that she had pulled from her pocket.

       “Girls, listen! There’s only one way to get me out of this cube and defeat Haldana in the process and you have to work together to do it…” Genesius began as all three girls focused their attention on him.
